Why are we asking you medical history questions for our excellent packages?
At ONVZ Zorgverzekeraar, we want to keep our premiums affordable for existing customers. To this end, we ask new applicants to answer some medical history questions. This only applies to our excellent packages. On the basis of the answers we receive, we will decide whether to accept someone straight away, ask further questions or offer an alternative.
If you would you like to get comprehensive insurance coverage immediately, without having to answer any medical history questions, please choose one of our supplementary health-care plans.

Changing your existing policy
If you are insured with ONVZ, you can quickly and easily change your policy on MijnONVZ. You need a MijnONVZ account in order to do so. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one now.
Changing your health-care plan
You can change your supplementary health-care plan or your excess. The changes will take effect on 1 January of the new year.
Change health-care plan
The policyholder can add the newest family member to the policy. The baby will be insured retrospectively as of the day of his or her birth.
Adding people to your policy
On MijnONVZ, you can easily add somebody to your existing policy.
